Our recruitment is based on the client’s security needs, a site risk assessment is conducted for free to determine all potential risks or threats. After this, a final plan with an agreement to implement is reached which leads to the recruitment process to begin.
Our security officers are as a condition of employment, fully conversant and must abide by the regulation as set out by Private Security Industry Regulatory (PSIRA).
Accordingly, all security officers hired have the following minimum standards:

After conferring with Spotlock Protection Services, our staff develop and provide specialized on-going training for our security guards. We are staffed and equipped to handle a variety of training needs.
All security guards are thoroughly oriented on-site as to the specific locations and building layouts and potential security issues of the different venues.
At Spotlock Protection Services, all security guards are trained in proper procedures and expected behaviour standards during the training period.
With assistance from Spotlock Protection Services management and suppliers, Spotlock Protection Services develops a training manual for all the guards assigned to your site.
At Spotlock Protection Services, experienced security guards receive concentrated training and orientation so to undertake their responsibilities when on duty.
Spotlock provides ongoing training for its staff as needed to handle new situations and correct deficiencies that may be noted during the course of our contract with you.
